FAQ
– How do I know which size will fit best underneath my exercise equipment?
Once you know the dimensions of your exercise equipment, we recommend having roughly 3″ of mat border around all sides of your exercise equipment.
– Can I use this mat as an exercise or yoga mat?
This mat is intended to be placed underneath exercise equipment to reduce noise, virabtion, etc. We do not recommend working out directly on top of this mat or using it as a exercise/yoga mat. MotionTex mats are not foamed or designed for comfort and have no anti-fatigue qualities.
