Control Joints

Dimex Masonry Control Joints are preformed gaskets that are used in industrial and commercial block construction to reduce air and water penetration. Control joints are typically required in exposed above grade concrete masonry walls to control cracking due to the natural expansion and contraction of the block from changes in temperature and humidity. Available in PVC and synthetic rubber in a variety of industry standard profiles, our control joints are designed to work with most sash block systems. Dimex Masonry Control Joints are manufactured in the USA from recycled materials, providing LEED credits for your construction project.
